This program's Drop-In-Center provides recreation, information and assistance, and benefits assistance to residents of the North End, West End, Beacon Hill and surrounding communities. Staff and volunteers help seniors access fuel assistance, food stamps, and utility assistance.

Medical Social Services

Our medical social service staff helps patients understand and navigate health care appointments, insurance questions, billing problems, prescription coverage, transportation scheduling and many other areas. Their assistance helps you follow through with the health care your clinician has recommended. They can also help with planning for services needed to stay safely at home, like homemakers and emergency call alerts. When staying at home is no longer an option, they can help with the difficult decisions related to assisted living and nursing home care.
